Contribute to our Mission
Unloop has a lean staff and a volunteer board of directors. We make an impact through a combination of volunteers, individual donations and grants. If you are interested in contributing to our community and mission, here are some of the ways:
-
We’re always looking for people with technical skills and teaching experience to lead or assist in digital literacy, AI fundamentals and job readiness workshops. Instruction is grounded in empathy, equity, and lived experience—and our programs are collaborative, not lecture-based.
-
Serving on the Unloop board means helping guide the organization’s strategy, sustainability, and accountability. Board members bring experience navigating reentry, the job market, fundraising or organizational leadership, and work closely with staff to ensure Unloop stays grounded in the real needs of people returning from incarceration.
-
Support our programs by funding participant stipends, laptops, or meals. Sponsors can underwrite a single workshop, cover a peer educator's time, fund new programming or help us provide stipends for wraparound support. We welcome one-time or recurring commitments from individuals or organizations. To speak to someone about sponsorship, contact carey@un-loop.org.
-
Unloop ensures all of it’s programming is completely free for participants. If you are interested in supporting Unloop through a grant or gift, please reach out directly to carey@un-loop.org.
