Support someone returning home from incarceration as they build confidence and navigate the tech-driven job market. Mentors offer encouragement, share their experiences, and help participants practice professional communication, interviewing, or networking. Just a few hours can make a lasting impact.

We’re always looking for people with technical skills and teaching experience to lead or assist in digital literacy, AI fundamentals and job readiness workshops. Instruction is grounded in empathy, equity, and lived experience—and our programs are collaborative, not lecture-based.

Serving on the Unloop board means helping guide the organization’s strategy, sustainability, and accountability. Board members bring experience navigating reentry, the job market, fundraising or organizational leadership, and work closely with staff to ensure Unloop stays grounded in the real needs of people returning from incarceration.

Support our programs by funding participant stipends, laptops, or meals.
