    Since 2015, Unloop has supported hundreds of justice-impacted people across Washington State.

    Participants have used new digital skills to take their next steps: applying for jobs, enrolling in college, launching businesses, and navigating the systems that support a stable return.

At Unloop, success looks different for everyone. For some, it’s learning to navigate a laptop for the first time. For others, it’s stepping into leadership or applying skills in new work environments. Behind every milestone is a deeper shift—challenging assumptions about who belongs in today’s workforce and building a stronger, more inclusive community in the process.

Success might be a new job or a returned sense of purpose. It could be enrolling in school, leading a workshop, or speaking out about reentry. Our participants have gone on to start their own businesses, build their own products, enter degree programs. At its core, our impact is about building confidence, agency, and connection. As our participants grow, so does the movement toward more equitable hiring practices and long-term opportunity—not just for individuals, but for entire communities.
