Application for 2026 Digital Literacy Program
March 12 Orientation | Sessions are March 17, 19, 24, 26, 31, and April 2
Unloop and Victory Code are partnering to offer a free, online Digital Literacy Program for individuals impacted by incarceration. Participants will learn essential tech skills, including email, internet use, document creation, online safety, and an introduction to AI tools and applications.
The course is led by Victory Code, founded by Victor Sauceda, who brings lived experience and a deep commitment to creating access in tech. After over a decade in prison, Victor built a career in tech and now teaches others through a program grounded in empathy and opportunity.
The program runs for 12.5 hours total, two sessions a week, over three weeks —beginning with a shorter orientation session on March 12th. Sessions are held via Zoom, and to get the full benefit of the program we ask the following:
- You have your camera on the majority of the time
- You participate fully in discussions and hands-on tasks
- You attend all sessions
If you need help getting access to a laptop or internet, let us know. We strive to ensure no one is prevented from participating due to access. To enroll in this cohort, please complete the application on the right and we will be in touch to confirm your spot.
